Full Payment Before Work Commences
Full payment is required before any work begins. Services will not be provided until the full payment has been received.

Client Responsibility for Print Works
We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. However, it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all wording, details, and information provided for print works are accurate and correct. Sepams Services will not be held liable for any errors, misprints, or omissions in the final printed materials.

Artwork Approval
If you have been sent an artwork for approval , thoroughly read through to ensure all details are correct. Once you approve the artwork, any issues or errors discovered after printing will be the responsibility of the client. In such cases, any reprinting required will be charged in full to the client.

Changes to Quotes
All quotes provided by Sepams Services are subject to change. The client will be notified if any changes are made, and a revised quote will be issued
